This is one of the best weather apps I could find for weather in South Africa! I’m very close to giving it 5*, however, the ad removal price/year is not correct. It states that it cost $1 less in the app than what is presented to you once you are about to pay. I don’t mind paying a $ more, but at least make sure that it’s not misleading then. Keep up the great work on this, it’s truly someone exceptional to be using as a South African. *I’ll subscribe and update this review as soon as the discrepancies are fixed

The App no longer displays data. I have contacted support, but to no avail.

Weathersa was my favorite app for weather. But recently all data fields are now blank...

Was awesome me app for local SA Weather conditions. Push notifications app DONT work anymore ... in addition I'd prefer buying the app and getting storm /Rain notifications for free rather then downloading the & then buying services, this model of pricing is just greed. The subscriptions are ridiculous !

I've used this app for ages but since the latest update I can't even open the app. It just says that it's expanding into Africa and then shuts down. Disappointing.

Upgraded yesterday and it stops working. Also preferred the old app - new is a downgrade...

The new update has made it slow, inaccurate and all round lousy. Used it before the update, now it takes up space one front page. Deleted

I'm not impressed with the new UI and the look and feel of the new app. What happened to the beautiful icons and nice monochrome backgrounds? Could you guys kindly take it back to the old design because everything was working fine and was proud to use it everyday. Until then I regret to inform you that I will not be using this app again. Not phased at all!

Insipid colour scheme - no more sunny skies or rain clouds. Preferred old app. Used to show what time of day rain was expected and %. Probably going to delete and use other weather app's.

Wish I could downgrade. Updated the app and it's now unable to load.

Now stalled in portrait mode only? Uhh, most apps allow either... why.

The current version is a great step forward visually and in terms of interface.Well done!

Where are guys? Wake up... Last update for this apps in 2012 !!! We are now in 2015 and new iPhone are released with different IOS

This app has been giving the same weather forecast for the past few months. It used to work perfectly but now it is useless.

This app used to give accurate forecasts but lately it shows rain every day. I don't check anymore because I know the forecast will be rain even on the most beautiful sunny day! I can only assume that the humidity in the air is giving false rain readings. It's unfortunate as the notifications are excellent.

Only complaint is that the animations may sometimes be misleading, as it often indicates eg rainy weather or very windy weather when the opposite is true. Looking at the breakdown may be a clearer indicator of the weather.

Most accurate weather app I've found till date, but the interface is terrible and the does not support the iPhone 5 screen size.

Much better than any other app wrt South African weather. The activity based recommodations are very useful.

I unsubscribed to this app due to its inaccuracies. Weathersa website and other apps are by far more accurate. They claim to use the sa weather services info, yet their information differs so much. They claim no rain and the others say it will rain all day, and guess what it rains all day.

So accurate, use it to monitor production days

...but the app/service that can predict Cape Town weather accurately still does not exist. Too many times that the weather is reported inaccurate. But its a pleasant app regardless.

Don't waste your time. Weather is so inaccurate. Today's it shows a possibility of 12% fog yet the airport is closed and there has been fog since the previous day. Scary that USA apps are better at SA weather than the people that actually live in the country.

These guys ate on top of their game. Well done.

I live in CT but it sends me JHB weather at 6am even though I un-ticked that in settings.

This morning in Cape Town, under storm it says Rain and its correct but under the forecast it shows no rain at all. If I didn't check YR.no for the forecast today, I would have ended up playing golf in rain today...

I love this app and use it daily. Wish it would allow me to transfer my mobile subscription to my app subscription

Very well laid out GUI. Best is the morning and weekly auto updates. Pity you gotta pay for the little extras.

I hear the temperatures are not accurate. I subscribed to the "starter" package and I know now about as much as I knew before. That was a waste of money.

Keeps giving 100% chance of rain on sunny days for Honeydew area. Every single day is a rainy day apparently? Also storm warning always says storm hit (x) minutes ago with not a drop of rain. Not helpful at all! Update to review. Since the start of 2013 not a single day without rain. Still unbelievably inaccurate. Updating before deleting the app.
